this pertains to my bill for the month of may -june 2016, water meter were malfunctioned due to wear or reaches its max usage,service man from bulihan water district replace the said meter, during billing period it read as previous3117--- present 3117. means the meter malfunction and no reading, actual billing is 18 cu mtr if im not wrong. so with this am entitle d for basic consumption which is around Php 229.___ something+++ . VCOMPLAIN DESK OFFICER duty today (MR ANASTACIO???) SAID that, that was what the main office impose for ( get the average consumption for previous month then that was the bill.) Actually i paid already my bill for this month amounting to php 429 .00 which is higher than the basic or regular consumption for 10 cubic meter. BULIHAN WATER DISTRICT cannot show any memo/amendment regarding this complain . What is the basis, i realy appreciate if ur office can furnish me even xerox copy of the amendment or any kind.
